We had a great 3 night stay at the golden tulip in krakow city centre. It was nicely located near to the old town and Planty park. Local shops bars and restaurants, we were able to walk to the train station writhing 10-15 minutes. Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast had a good selection. One bulb blew in our room and it was fixed within 5 minutes of reporting it. Would certainly return and 100% recommend. We visited 8th - 11th July 2026
It's a very pleasant hotel with nice clean rooms and fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and helpful but an extra shout out to the breakfast crew! The location is perfect for sightseeing and easy to reach with public transport from the airport.
A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice each morning. The only downside was the minibar fridge in the room, which was surprisingly noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, the staff were helpful and unplugged it when I mentioned the issue.
Top notch. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated for the old town. A five minute walk and you're right in the centre. We arrived early but they happily stashed our luggage until the room was ready while we went off to explore the town. The food was excellent. Huge selection for breakfast. Just one suggestion, perhaps vary the evening menu but that doesn't detract from the rating. 5 stars every time. Highly recommend. You won't regret booking a stay here. Many thanks to the staff for looking after us.
Stayed for 3 nights, great location a short walk from the old town. Staff were wonderful, room was spotless and looked very new. Food and drink was good. Breakfast had lots of options from cooked sausages, eggs and bacon to cold meats, cheese, fruit and salads. The hotel also held our luggage on the last day free of charge. Will book again.
