Incredible location close to everything, and the rooms are great with everything you need. The receptionist was also very friendly. However, two major downsides: the elevator often smelled terrible and lacked cleanliness. More importantly, check your bank accounts carefully. After checking out, I was mistakenly double-charged for my stay, and the staff only addressed it after I pointed it out.
Nice hotel good location. Was what you want from a hotel - effortless, everything works, calm, handy for ice cream!
Stayed here April 26. Absolutely superb location situated centrally in the old town. A stones throw from many shops catering for typical Polish cuisine well worth trying. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. (We did upgrade to the next level). Breakfast really good with a variety of choices, quality coffee and comfortable seating overlooking the main square. Krakow is a popular European destination with an interesting but haunting history. If I return to Krakow, I will look to book The Palladian first.
Well positioned on the main square, we had lovely apartment overlooking the square, it was clean and comfortable, the breakfast has something to suit all tastes and was fresh and tasty, and they serve from 0700 to 1200, which is great if your having a lazy day after enjoying the plentiful nightlife.
Nothing to complain about! Rooms are nice and cozy, free water and champagne in the rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, a window, a TV with Netlfix. Breakfast is good, healthy and tasty. There's also a choice to order waffles or crepes or poached eggs or omelettes. The staff are nice and friendly. Location is ideal, right next to the Rynek Platz. Great place to stay, nothing to complain about!
