No bad things to say about this place. We had a beautiful room in the top floor, big and nice. If you can get one go for it. Service is great and the spa downstairs is really nice. Greatly located
Really nice hotel, everything about my room was amazing. Linen and pillows were awesome and made me hate mine at home. It has a small gym which is always a win for me. I was in the corner room so it was really loud at night until early morning but considering the location it's not surprising.
We loved the hotel, right in the heart of Krakow, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended; it's an ideal place.
Fabulous hotel. Make sure you eat dinner in the restaurant. Everything is top notch. Our only complaint was the roller bed for our child was a joke. The mattress was so thin, you could feel the wooden boards under it. Otherwise, our king bed was very comfortable.
