Queen Boutique Hotel

We enjoyed our two night stay here. It is walking distance to the old city (15 minutes) and loads of great restaurants and cafes. There is a Carrefour Express supermarket steps from the hotel too. The staff are helpful and kind and the breakfast buffet is very good. Our room was quiet, spacious and spotless. The WIFI works well and they have an arrangement with a simple outdoor car park a 400 meter walk from the hotel. You pay 80 zlotis at the hotel and can use your credit card, whereas you need to pay cash at the parking lot. We asked for room cleaning and fresh towels and it was provided with no problems. We are a gay couple and experienced zero discrimination. Only welcome and professionalism.
Beautifully located in a perfect location for touring Krakow on foot. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming and very modern. Our room was quite large and situated with a lovely view. The value was good, especially if you buy the rate with breakfast included. Breakfast area was full of delicious options including made to order egg dishes. We highly recommend the Queen Boutique hotel in Krakow.
We visited Kraków and stayed at Queen Boutique Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were really lovely and helpful, and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. The rooms are gorgeous, stylish and full of nice little details. Everything feels clean, elegant and very well cared for. The food was also a big highlight of our stay. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and you can really feel that a lot of care is put into both the taste and the way they look. Every meal felt special and thoughtfully prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a fabulous stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. We booked the Queen Suite 4th floor and a double room on 2nd floor, both lovely. Very spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with housekeeping doing a fantastic job every single day. Great views. The location of this hotel is very good. It's perfectly situated right between the busy Market Square and the Jewish Quarter making it so easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. The front desk staff were also a great, always friendly, polite and helpful whenever we needed anything. My only disappointment was the breakfast. We had paid for breakfast as part of our stay, but unfortunately, we didn't actually get to eat it. Our booked day tours had very early morning starts and because breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 AM, we had to leave before it started. 😞 If you are planning early excursions (like Auschwitz or the Salt Mines), just keep this timing in mind! Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel with good service. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️
The hotel is stylishly furnished and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We also used the sauna and it was very nice as it is private sessions. The hotel is on a very loud road and the street noise is heard even through the ear plugs they provide at each bedside. Definitely do not consider this hotel if you are sensitive to night noises.
