I had a great experience staying at Riverside Aparthotel Kraków. The place is excellent, clean, and well-organized. The staff were professional, polite, and easy to deal with. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.
Stayed here for 5 days during a recent vacation trip. The building is incredibly located with views of the river, and just over the bridge from the Jubilat tram stop and half a block to buses that take you to the airport and Salt Mines. My flat was very clean and the staff was always available and helpful - even hanging onto my bags for the day after checkout while I explored the city before my evening flight. The flat had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable, wifi had no issue, and I found my stay to be wonderful. I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling in Krakow who would prefer an apartment environment with all the services of a hotel.
This apartment hotel was excellent overall. Everything felt flawless. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized, and the internet was fast and reliable. The staff were extremely friendly when I was standing near the entrance, someone came out right away to welcome me. The price was also very reasonable. Great value for the stay.
