The highlight of this hotel is the location - just across the Jubilat tram stop, which provides easy access to public transportation to explore the city; walking distance from the Wawel Royal Castle; two nice cafés for breakfast nearby. The paid parking is very comfortable in a garage under the hotel. The room was rather small as expected from a business style city center hotel. The real downside was the hotel's internet, which was bad and barely useable, not only in our room but across the entire hotel.
Wonderful family friendly hotel, hotel lobby includes play area for kids, great location. We came here with two kids ages 11 and 8. Rooms are nicely appointed with a pull out couch comfortable enough for two people. Front desk staff very helpful with all questions. Thanks Oktavia, Rafal and Ania. Appreciate your assistance.
We had a great stay at Novotel as a family. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and we were lucky to have a beautiful river view. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties. The hotel is within walking distance of Wawel Castle and the riverside promenade. There are also several convenience stores nearby. We also highly recommend visiting the local milk bar, Flisak, for tasty and simple Polish dishes. Sonja at the reception made an excellent first impression during check in, and throughout our stay we experienced a consistently high level of service. Highly recommended.
I stayed at the hotel from 29 May to 31 May during my birthday trip to Kraków, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The front office team was professional, welcoming, and efficient throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing me a late check-out, which made my departure much more comfortable and stress-free. I was also impressed by the service at the bar, where the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and friendly. The only minor issue during my stay was that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The excellent service and warm hospitality contributed greatly to making my birthday trip to Kraków a memorable one. Thank you to the entire team for helping create such a positive experience.
We stayed here for three nights in May. The location was good with easy access to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a view towards the Vistula River. The beds and bedding were excellent and we slept really well. There was a bit of street noise in the room but this was not a problem for us. The breakfast was varied and filling, both for the kids and adults. The gym was good and the pool was a nice addition for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful.
