What a great place!!! I had 3 nights in Krakow and would come here 3 times for breakfast buffet, so can’t fully compare with other places here. When you come in you pay 45 Zloty and they give you a plate. They also let you see the buffet first, if that helps you decide. The food (buffet, all you can eat) is of very good quality. A lot (!) of choice! BTW: It also includes unlimited coffee, tea, water, juices. For what I have seen in other places the price is extremely fair (you pay the same for a simple breakfast in other places, one plate, no buffet). The inner court is beautiful as well. Keep the secret! Come before 9 am. During the week that seemed to be the best timing (the place opens at 8 am).
Amazing restaurant! Food was great quality, and above all we are especially impressed by the service - our waitress spoke great English and was super helpful (she has dark hair, maybe late 20s/30s, average height) and super nice (after a couple days in Krakow a polite service has not always been the case for us, so service in Kolanko No 6 definitely stands out!) ! Food came on time and was super tasty!
What a place on the map of Krakow ! I am so happy I found this place! We were looking for some nice breakfast option before our flight. I googled it, checked the reviews and made my decision to go there in the morning. We were welcomed and explained how it works in Kolanko. We paid 45 zł which is 9£ for an unlimited coffee and breakfast 👌🏼 The staff told us that before we pay maybe we want to have a look if we like it there or not, which was very nice of them. Food was amazing, so many options even for picky eaters! I can’t recommend this place enough ! Perfect for people who like their breakfast to be big and perfect for someone who needs it before flight! I loved the herrings! They were just amazingly delicious. So many veggie options and the bread options ! Place itself is so cozy and very nicely decorated. Thanks ! See You soon hopefully!
I visited Kolanko No. 6 twice. The first time was in the evening for tea and cake. It was nice and cozy — just like any other good restaurant — everything was fine and enjoyable. However, what truly makes this place special for me is their breakfast. They offer a buffet breakfast (similar to hotel-style breakfasts) for 45 zł, and you can choose whatever you like. There’s a great variety of classic breakfast options, and everything is fresh and well-prepared. What makes it even more outstanding is that coffee and tea are included in the price. In many other places, ordering breakfast and coffee separately would cost much more than 45 zł, so this is really great value for money. It’s definitely a place I can highly recommend, especially for breakfast. I will happily come back again!
Had the breakfast buffet here and really enjoyed it. I came early, so it was quiet and relaxed at first, then it slowly started to get busier. The buffet was simple but good, nice variety, fresh food, and everything tasted good. Nothing fancy, just a solid breakfast done right. The place itself feels cozy and comfortable, especially in the morning. It costs 45 PLN (around 10 EUR), which feels very fair for what you get. Overall, a good breakfast spot in Krakow, especially if you come early.
