Good good, but disappointed. Booked a table for 10 via opentable at 9am, and got a confirmation at 10am. When we arrived for our booking at 7pm, the staff clearly had no clue about our reservation, and could only accommodate us by splitting our group in half - seemingly reluctantly, and unhappily. Food was quite good, and the live music and atmosphere was good. Arguably not worth the price, even without the reservation annoyances.

Overall, an OK experience. I expected a little more from a restaurant that belongs to a high-class hotel, but that just leaves room for improvement. The main courses were on the verge of being oversalted, but the Kraków bagel starter, on the other hand, was just perfect. Dill and raspberries — what a combo. The main highlight is the Art Deco style of the hotel and restaurant. It wasn’t the best day for the service and the kitchen, but it was still good. Imagine how good they are on a good day? PS: There are jazz evenings, which are the cherry on top when it comes to the atmosphere.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Kuryer Restaurant in Krakow during the festival week, and we were absolutely delighted with the experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the interior struck us as warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed – a truly pleasant environment to enjoy a meal. When it comes to the cuisine, we were genuinely impressed. One highlight for me was the mushroom soup with sourdough, which I had never tried before – it was absolutely incredible and quickly became my favorite. The appetizer we tried was also delicious and perfectly presented. The only minor point was the dessert: the ice cream was likely sourced from a partner company, but the combination of flavors was exceptional and surprisingly harmonious. It is rare for us to be so positively surprised by both the creativity and execution of dishes, but here the quality truly stood out. Very few restaurants in Krakow can boast such a level of culinary skill. Our heartfelt congratulations go to the chef for crafting such memorable flavors. During our visit, we were also treated to live music, performed wonderfully, which added an extra layer of charm to the evening. From what we learned, Kuryer organizes various events regularly, which makes it an even more appealing destination – we will definitely come back for future events and will share our impressions again. Another great touch was the local craft beer selection, showcasing some of the best brews from Krakow. As a native of the city, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised to discover such high-quality local beers available right on-site. Prices are slightly higher than other local venues, but given the exceptional quality of both food and atmosphere, it is absolutely worth it. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend Kuryer Restaurant – a true gem in Krakow’s culinary scene!
