After my opinion, is one of the lost beautiful hotels I've ever been through. The details that the hotel provide is something that need to be appreciated, can be seen that someone's made some choices and combined them into something that last oksnso beautiful. The garden has some spots where you can relax, and honestly, you can really relax there, very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is very complex with a lot of tasty choices, I was thinking about the breakfast all night. The rooms has everything you need, are very clean, but the eater pressure can be better. We had to request the key for the windows which are closed, and I don't know from where the temperature is controlled. In the evening is restaurant theme with fix menu to taste that needs a reservation. I would definitely come back here.
Our room was very cold. It was 8° outside, central heating was not working. The staff was helpful, they provided a portable heater and an electrical blanket. However it was not enough. The room was comfy and large, but the room temperature ruined it for us. The breakfast was ok.
Stayed here for a couple of nights so we could enjoy Krakow and their highly regarded restaurant tasting menu. Hotel and rooms were very clean and all the staff really friendly. 10-20min walk from everything you need (old town, train station)
Really nice quirky hotel we stayed for 4 nights over Easter A few need to knows : The positives .. the price is really competitive the hotel is very clean and nicely decorated the breakfast is good and plentiful with meats cheeses fruit and bread/ croissants etc juice plus coffee which is good quality The bathroom is fresh and modern with small amount of free toiletries The negatives ..it's a good 25 to 30min walk to the main square and attractions but ubers are about £4 each way so very cheap and easy on uber app . The room was quite cold so had to snuggle under the sheets a lot at night . The water pressure of shower was pretty low so dont expect A power shower! The bath towels are quite small so maybe good idea to bring own if you prefer a larger towel ! They dont leave much tea or coffee in the room and no fresh milk sachets just powdered stuff not my taste There aren't any restaurants nearby just a small shop close by selling snacks and alcohol and soft drinks There's no bar to get a drink in at night so a little boring I think opening a bar for guests would be a big selling point could have it in conservatory near dining room as never saw that used so is a wasted space! The hotel staff are polite and quiet don't say much Also no English TV channels available Would be nice to watch a movie in room. If you are looking for a bargain get away that's clean and comfortable it could be for you ! But some minor tweaks would help elevate it i think.
Fantastic stay. Service was exceptional, even let us store our luggage for no charge before check-in and after checking out. Rooms were a decent size, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent selection, although the hot food available does vary by day. Located about a 10-15 min walk from the old town, making it an ideal location close enough, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Some great local shops nearby, and restaurants too. If we revisit Krakow, we'll definitely be staying again.
