Matt made my stay even better. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He took the time to recommend great places to visit and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable, and Matt definitely did. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, the atmosphere felt safe and comfortable, and by the end of the trip it honestly started to feel a bit like home haha. The common area was nice and the hostel overall had a really chill vibe. The best part is the staff & online communication. Staff were friendly and responsive, and the overall vibe of the hostel is just chill and welcoming. There were just a few small downsides — shower/toilet areas could’ve been a bit cleaner, and the upper bunk beds felt slightly unsafe to me because the railings were quite low and parallel to the bed. I was genuinely a bit scared of rolling off while sleeping... the ladder to climb up was also a little difficult. But overall I still had a really good experience here and would definitely consider staying again if I come back to Kraków!

Clean rooms, good facilities, nice beds, felt very safe. Pretty noisy location, but I know that's not their fault. Also, they had a male staff member come into the female dorm at 10am, which I think needed at least more warning.

We arrived, checked in and were offered complimentary earphones. The rooms were clean and the bed had chargers, curtains and a small light. We were located near the bathroom and anytime the flush went off we could hear it. It wasn't a huge problem though. The bathrooms were poorly stocked. Only one of the sinks had soap, there were no paper towels and one of the sinks didn't work. The bathrooms downstairs were apparently out of order (the hostels rooms are located on two floors) so this might explain why the bathroom upstairs were running out of supplies. The beds could be more comfortable. I liked the temporary light feature where if you came in to the room it briefly illuminated the floor instead of needing to turn on the overhead light. The kitchen was clean and there was free tea. The location is incredible, right in the centre and not a far walk from the main station. For the price, it is very affordable and decent. If the problems with supplies was a once off for our stay, then I can recommend this place!
