Reviews
Very clean and nice hotel with nice convenient facilities, the suites are good in size and the location is really good for families everything is near by. The staff are really amazing and supportive. AC room and elevator available. You might notice that the breakfast buffet is not huge but has all the essentials and also separate meau if you want to try some of the Cheif amazing work and he can do special eggs if he can and requested ahead. Ensure if you book to make a note to book a room on the back side of the building due to noise from the Tram.
I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel facilities and room design are exceptional—modern, stylish, and very thoughtful. A special highlight was the bathroom; the shower was incredibly comfortable with great water pressure, making it the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The only drawback was experience with the front desk staff. Interestingly, it was the more senior-looking (supervisor) staff members who felt a bit inattentive and could improve their customer service, whereas the newer recruits actually showed much more warmth and sincerity. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with great amenities, and with a bit more staff training, it would easily be a 5-star experience!
Absolutely outstanding stay at Hotel Indigo Krakow – Wawel Castle. The location is perfect, right next to Wawel Castle and within easy walking distance of Krakow’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The food was exceptional throughout our stay – fresh, delicious, and of the highest quality. The rooms were beyond impressive: beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, exceeding all expectations. The wellness area was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a day in the city. Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional experience in every way. From its prime location to its outstanding comfort and service, we highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again
This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Without exaggeration, it is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in so far. The interior design is next level — truly breathtaking. Huge compliments to the interior architects/design team, because every single detail has been executed perfectly. The breakfast is outstanding and far above average hotel standards — high quality, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. Honestly, it is surprising that this hotel is rated only 4 stars, because many 5-star hotels could hide behind this one. The overall standard, design, atmosphere, and quality easily compete with properties in a much higher category. The only downside during our stay was the bedding. The bed linen felt like it was made from an unusual synthetic-type material rather than the typical cotton hotel bedding we are used to. It became extremely hot under the duvet during the night, almost trapping heat, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. We even kept the window open the entire night, but unfortunately it did not help much because so much warmth built up under the duvet. An extraordinary hotel in every sense.
Wonderful oasis for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need, including a great sauna. The staff are extremely pleasant and professional. We’d like to especially thank Oleh at check in. Don’t skip the restaurant! Krakow has some really good places to dine, but the food we had in the hotel one evening was honestly the best of our stay. Great location between the Old Town and the Kazimierz. We look forward to returning.
