I stayed one night at this hotel after a busy day and it was extraordinary in every way. From the location where it is, perfect between the tourist attractions of Krakow to the appearance, facilities, cleanliness and the hospitality and professionalism of the employees. I will definitely come back when I have the chance. I recommend anyone arriving in Krakow as a tourist or business to relax overnight at this hotel.
Wonderful hotel, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and evening menu was very nice. Location is great for local bars and restaurants. Rooms were very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet at night time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
We have just stayed at this hotel this week and all aspects of our stay were fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the location was good. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town.
This hotel was perfect, it was in a good location with bars and eateries nearby. The main square in town was only a 20 minute walk. The rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were very friendly and professional. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on the food, but it smelt nice! It had a relaxing bar and reception area. I would definitely stay here again.
a super hotel. We stayed for our sisters 60th Birthday in January. The weather was -13 degrees but the hotel was lovely and cosy in all social areas and the bedroom. Our bedroom (404) was very spacious for the three of us. It had everything we needed - lovely shower ensuite, fridge with selection of drinks, free water, coffee/tea, iron and safe. Breakfast had a great selection and very tasty. On the morning we had to leave early for our tour we were able to order a picnic breakfast to eat on the bus. The staff were all excellent, from answering my email requests by Karina and Dzmitry and especially Dina on the reception who was extremely helpful with all our requests. I highly recommend this hotel.
