Reviews
Take this feedback from two people who worked in both 4-5 star hotels for several years. There were no tv channels in English to watch movies only news and cartoons. German and Spanish speaking channels. And the hotel had my number as they had called me back twice during my stay. There were no slippers in the room we had to request them. The bedsheets weren't changed during our whole stay despite asking for them to be changed. The floor wasn't vacuumed even on our arrival we noticed the carpet was dirty. There was only a tiny table of 30cm in the whole room no place to put your phone and charge it. No mini bar in the room. No lights over the kitchenette. No dresser at all. The toilet was also not cleaned daily. There was no concierge service which a 4 star hotel would have. There was no food available to order at the restaurant when we arrived before check in at 11.00 am. During our whole stay we didn't even see the restaurant functioning other than breakfast. We asked several times about TV channels and got only the number of channels with cartoons and news in English. We had to ask for slippers because they were not available in the room. When we contacted booking.com and were told the hotel would reach out to us, they never did. And they are still holding their "test payment" even though I paid the full amount. We are told we will get it back in a few days despite them mentioning earlier they could release the payment during our stay. I dont understand how you can have 4 stars without key things like a restaurant, tv channels, a dresser, clean sheets and floors, no mini bar, no selection of snacks not just chips and some kinder chocolate at the reception. If one gets hungry you need to order online as there is no food service either.
Myself and Rennie have just spent seven wonderful days in Kraków, Poland. What an amazing country! It was so clean, the people were incredibly friendly, and everywhere we went felt welcoming. During our stay we went on four fantastic tours: Auschwitz-Birkenau, the Wieliczka Salt Mine, Schindler’s Factory, and a relaxing boat trip on the river. Our hotel was excellent, but what really made it special were the amazing staff. We live in Nottinghamshire, where we like to think we’re famous for having beautiful women, but even my wife commented on how pretty the Polish girls are—and I had to agree with her! I would definitely recommend Poland to anyone thinking about a city break or holiday. It’s a beautiful country with so much history, culture, and pride. I think we in the UK could certainly take a leaf out of their book when it comes to cleanliness and looking after our surroundings. Thank you, Poland—we’ll definitely be back!
Everything was wonderful! The staff were kind and very helpful. The mattress in the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding! The location was perfect _ just 2 minutes from Vistula River and about 13 minutes from Main Square. Highly recommended! P.S. There was complimentary luggage storage available, which was very convenient since we had a late evening flight.
The hotel was very good, with a perfect location just 15–20 minutes walking distance from the Old Town and a nice riverside walk nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and had everything needed for the morning. I also had a small issue with my reservation from another app, but the reception handled it professionally and gave me the room at the reserved price. (This is why I give you 5 stars and highly recommend this hotel, even with the reservation issue, you kindly accepted our booking and handled everything professionally)
Four of us were staying at this hotel. We booked two twin rooms. Our check-in was very quick. Rooms are very clean and are nicely decorated with extremely comfortable beds. The staff ant the hotel were extremely helpful in providing street maps and directions. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice Alcohol reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again
