Lovely, affordable place to stay. We were in a six-person room, which was actually quite spacious. The bunk beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was nice. It's quite close to the city centre, and the receptionist gave us brilliant advice on what to visit.
We really enjoyed our stay in Kraków! The staff were able to help us in upgrading our room from shared to private, which was well worth it. The location was great as it was close to the train station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great location, close to minimarket, restaurants, apoteka and just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, with easy access to buses, trams, and the nearby train station. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to answer our questions by Dm. Our family room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the bunk beds were a huge hit with our kids. The large bathroom and convenient luggage room were also much appreciated. Although there was no kettle in the room, it was not a problem for us. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
Great location near train station and not to far to walk to major train station or major attractions. Got a double room and it was huge, with cooling fan system. Nice guest kitchen as well and laundry. Great value for money, had some kids bang on the door at night, but don’t blame hostel and common enough with other hostels we’ve stayed in.
We stayed in February. I chose this hotel for the first time from the website because it's in the city center. But I think it's a great hotel. It's within walking distance of the old town and meeting points. The hotel is very clean. The staff at the reception are very good, kind, and helpful. However, we never saw the floor and room supervisors. Because room cleaning is not done. Keeping it clean is your responsibility. Despite it being February and the snow and cold, the hotel and rooms were warm. There is a lot of student circulation, both young and old, in the hotel. I think some of it is used like a hostel. But it's not a problem at all. They are all respectful, and the younger ones are under the supervision of their teachers. You should only have your breakfast after 8:30, because it's very crowded before then. The breakfast is mediocre, it needs some improvement for a 3-star hotel. We came here from the Ibis hotel in Warsaw, which is also 3 stars, but its breakfast was excellent. Because there are carpets in the corridors and a lot of young people circulating, daily cleaning should be done. There is a fully equipped guest kitchen that you can use. You can cook, make tea and coffee. The hot water in the hotel is mediocre though. I couldn't get a full hot shower. Maybe it's because the student participants use it a lot. I felt like a young person among the students.
