Lovely hotel with friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Brilliantly located too.

We did not actually stay in the hotel but, we were lost with no service and could not find our way back to our apartment. We went to reception and they were so so kind. The woman working the desk gave us a map and helped us by giving us the Wi-fi password, she also unlocked the toilets for us as we had been wandering about for hours. With such a great receptionist, I think the rest of the service would be amazing too.

Wow what a fabulous hotel, not the poshest I'm sure but spotlessly clean, staff very helpful and polite and breakfast in the cellar was a very pleasant space to begin your day of experiencing the beautiful city of Krakow. Location was perfect and less than 5minutes to vibrant main square but once back in hotel peace. Perfect. Thank you for a fabulous 4 night's stay.

Great stay, highly recommended. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were very satisfied. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, both at reception and in the restaurant. One of our daughters is vegan, and the hotel prepared a special breakfast just for her, which we really appreciated. The quality of the food was excellent. The location is perfect — right in the city centre, only about a 5-minute walk to the old town, with everything close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, rustic hotel. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and ours even had a very large reception room attached to the bedroom, and a second toilet room additional to the main bathroom. The rooms were relatively quiet considering the many bars and restaurants on the street, we could hear people outside but not loud enough to disturb our sleep. The hotel is in a great location, situated in the old town but not too central so it was not busy. The service was very good, friendly and accommodating and they held our bags for us after we checked out as our flight was later that evening.
