Explore the Wawel Castle Hill in Krakow and discover the Royal Castle and Cathedral Church. Learn about the history of the hill, where the castle and main church were erected in the early 11th century and later used for royal crowning ceremonies.
Enter one of the castle's permanent exhibitions (Royal Apartments or Treasury or Private Apartments - depending on availability). Then, visit the Cathedral Church, where most of the kings were buried.
Inside the church, go upstairs to the Sigismund's belfry, home to one of the biggest and heaviest bells in Poland. After returning to the church, see the royal tombs (crypts under the church).
