Once you arrive, you are free to explore the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial at your own pace. Your driver will wait for you as long as needed – no rushing, allowing you time to reflect and fully experience the site. Please note: admission tickets are not included in the service. Guests must arrange their own tickets in advance. If you haven’t already secured tickets, your driver will gladly assist you on-site in trying to obtain them. However, due to long queues and high visitor numbers, we cannot guarantee ticket availability or entry at a specific time. After your visit, you’ll be driven back to Krakow safely and comfortably. • The pickup time may be between 5:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. if you choose a shared transfer in a small group. You will receive your exact pickup time the day before your tour. If you choose a private transfer, we will pick you up directly from your hotel at the time that suits you best. However, we recommend morning hours for departure from Krakow.
