Begin with a pickup from your hotel or meet at a central location in Krakow and head to Zakopane. Travel with a professional English-speaking driver and tour leader to Zakopane. On the way to Zakopane, visit a traditional “Bacówka,” where highlanders craft the unique smoked sheep’s cheese, “oscypek.” Taste various types of this regional delicacy and enjoy a sampling of traditional Polish vodka, all while learning about the cheese-making process. Once in Zakopane, admire the multi-storey arrangement of the Tatra vegetation with the peaks of high mountains in Poland. At the top, enjoy a wonderful panorama of the Tatra Mountains, an uninterrupted view of Zakopane, and the possibility of relaxing in the sunshine. Then take the cable car from the top of Gubałówka.
