Our dinner at Copernicus Restaurant was truly one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had. If we could award them more than 5 stars, we would !!!! We enjoyed the five course tasting menu with the wine pairing, and every course was exceptional. The dishes were beautifully presented, thoughtfully crafted, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Each plate told its own story while seamlessly building upon the previous course, creating a remarkable culinary journey from start to finish. The wine pairings were equally impressive, complementing each dish flawlessly and enhancing the overall experience. It was evident that great care and expertise went into every selection. What made the evening even more special was the ambiance. Set within the historic Copernicus Hotel, the restaurant offers an elegant, intimate, and sophisticated atmosphere that perfectly captures the charm of Krakow. The service was impeccable throughout the evening, professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm without ever feeling intrusive. Thank you Piotr, Alicja, Timur and chef Kris. From the exquisite cuisine and outstanding wine pairings to the beautiful setting and exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a truly special dining experience in Krakow, Copernicus Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended.
Just wow!! In a city packed with wonderful restaurants, this was my favourite meal of the trip. We stumbled across it by accident and decided to go for lunch. From Monday to Friday they do a set three course lunch for just 129 PLN, which is great value for the quality. You won’t find the menu online as it changes daily. Every course was absolutely amazing. Every course, prepared, cooked and presented to perfection. The service was faultless from start to finish and the setting stunning. It’s top of my list if we ever go back.
Last night in Krakow. 5+? course dinner over 2 hours. Wine suggestions were top end and rare in UK. Superb building renovation and atrium space. An experience to treasure.
I tried their five-course tasting menu (in fact, there were more than five dishes). Each dish was elegant, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. The flavours in every course were wide-ranging yet well balanced. The atmosphere feels a little secluded — almost like dining in a castle — which makes it an excellent choice for a date or a romantic dinner. The service was also five-star: warm, friendly, and attentive, with staff always happy to answer questions.
