Had a great dinner at Traveling tonight! Our waiter Adrs, (might be spelling wrong)was actually on his first day, but he was super friendly, enthusiastic, and gave us excellent service. The octopus and steak were both really tasty and cooked perfectly. Overall, the food was high quality and we really enjoyed the meal. The only small thing was the oysters—they were a bit on the small side, probably because they’re not in season, so the flavor wasn’t quite at its best. Other than that, everything was great. We’d definitely come back!
I wrote this based off ordering the items In the pictures. Pretty mediocre at best, the drink was the rose rhubarb which was tasty, the carpaccio was solid as most are not overdone just maybe move some capers off. Now the fried plate for 2 was bland and underwhelming, sauces were also just not much to write at home about. The spicy shrimp was tasty and cooked really well but had 4 smaller / medium shrimp but lots of tomatoes, the sauce was very tasty. We came later so maybe they were running low on things or just knocking it out for the night but I would try other items.
We really enjoyed this seafood-themed restaurant. Although we are not locals, we chose this place to celebrate a birthday. We tried the grilled seafood specialties, and the true star of the evening was the lobster — everything was simply perfect. Special compliments also go to the cocktail menu and the bartender
Came here for lunch, and the food is amazing. Great service, they really pay attention to little details. I ordered spicy shrimp, halibut, and salad. They were all great. The beer is from local brewery specially made for the restaurant.
Beautiful restaurant, that feels classy from the moment you arrive. The food was very good. The only dish that was a little disappointing was the spicy crab soup which seemed too watery and could’ve done with a little more reducing. For me, the real star of the show were their cocktails. I’ll go so far to say they were some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The service was also excellent. The staff were really on point, and very helpful.
