My son and I made lunch reservations at this restaurant on June 7, 2026 while visiting Krakow. When we arrived, it was fairly empty, so we were seated right away. The aesthetics and decor were really nice at this restaurant, and there was also an outside eating area. We both ordered the Shrimp Rigatoni. When it arrived, it looked really good, so I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, the Rigatoni pasta was hard (way too al dente) to be able to enjoy it well. The shrimp was perfectly cooked though. We informed our server about this. He offered to bring another dish out; however, we were only visiting and were in a rush to catch a train after we were finished, so we did not take him up on that offer.
My partner and I chose the sharing experience and were really impressed. Both the food and service were fantastic. The sommelier was especially great: friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to talk us through the wines, even letting us try a few different options to find what we liked. Overall, a brilliant experience and one we’d absolutely recommend.
Be sure to make a reservation as it fills up quickly. The food and service lives up to its Michelin rating, Our favorite dishes were the roasted cauliflower and the beef Wellington. The octopus was also excellent for dessert. Try the strawberry pavlova.
Amazing experience at FOLGA Polish Restaurant! The atmosphere and customer service were unmatched. This was some of the best food I’ve ever had—true fine dining. The duck was incredible, hands down the best I’ve ever tasted and a must-order. Desserts were impeccable. Everything was a 10/10. Our server was fantastic—attentive, entertaining, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the night. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back with my family!
