Description
Begin your private tour by departing from Krakow to the ruins of Pilcza Castle in Smoleń. Enjoy a short walk around the castle and explore its inner yards. Admire the stunning views of the surrounding countryside from its dominant tower.
Next, head to the ruins of Ogrodzieniec Castle, the most impressive ruins in the Jura region. Explore the preserved courtyards and relics of the castle, which served as a backdrop for several film productions, including the Witcher series by Netflix.
After visiting Ogrodzieniec, make a break for lunch in one of the local restaurants in Podzamcze (at your own cost), where you can try dishes of traditional Polish cuisine.
Then, drive to the Błedów Desert, the largest inland desert in Central Europe, which served as a military testing ground during WWII. Visit two stunning viewpoints, one in the northern part and the second in the southern part of the desert, both offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
