Description
The Wieliczka Salt Mine is a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1978, attracting over a million visitors annually. Miners have created numerous sculptures and reliefs carved directly from the salt, preserving their work for future generations.
The tour involves descending approximately 800 steps into the mine, reaching the first underground level after around 350 steps. At the end of the tour, guests use a lift to ascend to the surface.
