A lovely hotel. Very modern and spotlessly clean everywhere. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one night and were both impressed with the quality of the food and experience. The breakfast offering was absolutely vast and again of good quality. Location is perfect for all the main attractions and a max of 15 minutes walk. The location is very quiet and well away from night-time noise that you get in a tourist centre. The 4 star rating is accurate.
The Service in the hotel should earn 6 out of 5 Stars. Despite the fact that my polish language skills are not present at all, the lost airtagged supplemental microphone of my phonak hearing aids found its way back to me by the wanted way of shipping. Excellence award for the reception team.
What a great find. I/We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. At about 5 years old it looks brand new. The warm, welcoming Lobby accessible from both the front and back of the building. The location is perfect. Just a couple of short blocks from Plac Nowy, Wawel Castle and about a 15 minute walk from Main Square. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was extremely clean, with a high ceiling and quite large. The bed was very comfortable. AND it was very quiet. We had a room with a balcony over looking the center courtyard. The front desk staff was super friendly. Parking (all though it is tight) is available beneath the hotel for a fee. Because of the location we did not move the car our entire stay. We did not try it but there is a bar and restaurant on site. Without hesitation We would stay here again!
great location of the hotel almost in kazimierz! lots of cafe, pubs and restaurants are just a stone throw away! they also have underground covered and very safe car parking as we were driving down. you need to pre-book the parking space as they have limited capacity! service oriented hotel and rooms are decent spacious given european standards! one thing they can improve are the shampoo and handwash bottles- it takes a lot of muscle power to squeeze out the liquid!
The Good: You can’t beat the location. It’s perfectly tucked between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, so you’re right next to all the best bars and restaurants. The room itself was physically beautiful—huge ceilings, very spacious, and a balcony overlooking the internal garden. The Not-So-Good: Check-in was a bit of a mess. The receptionist kept getting interrupted by someone from the restaurant, which felt pretty unprofessional and made the process take way longer than it should have. Also, if you’re at the back of the building like I was, be prepared for a long hike from the lift to your room. The Dealbreaker: The "smart" lighting system is actually quite frustrating. Every time someone opens the door, the lights automatically turn on and stay on for a minute—it woke my partner up both nights. Worst of all, the bathroom light stays on unless you pull the key card out of the wall. If you pull the card to get a dark room, the power cuts to the outlets, so you can’t charge your phone overnight. You basically have to choose between a charged phone or a dark room. The curtains also don't fully block out the light, and the garden view echoes a lot when windows are open. It’s a stunning building, but they really need to fix the lighting logic. It’s just not practical for two people on different sleep schedules.
