This will be a great choice to stay for a visit to Krakow. The staff are very professional and helpful. The rooms are quiet, well furnished and very comfortable. It is close to the old town centre, the train station and easy walking in all directions. We would stay here every time.
Perfekt place for your stay in Krakow. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff very friendly with for free coffee in the lobby. It is perfectly placed in the old town close to the market square, theatre, restaurants and mall. Next time we will stay here again.
Amazing hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. Easy to find as a short walk out of the main train station and through the park. Very quiet & peaceful whilst being very close to the busy central old town. I upgraded to the apartment room as it was great value. Clean everywhere with tasteful decor, comfortable seating area, cosy bedroom, good kitchen with the essentials. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Key code on all doors made it safe.
I stayed at Amber Design Residence a few weeks ago and was beyond impressed. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well organised. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful team who made my stay even more enjoyable. I was able to check in early as my room was ready, and I was also given a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kraków and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so welcoming! ❤️
I loved my stay here. The room was perfect in the balance between elegance and eco-friendliness. Everything was thoughtfully considered and I will definitely stay here again! The front staff were also very helpful in providing suggestions during my stay and arranging a private taxi to the airport.
