Stayed here for one night during a solo travel trip to Krakow. Very nice hotel, friendly reception staff and a clean and functional en suite room. Bathroom was quite spacious and well kept. Bed was comfortable and made nicely. It was during a heatwave, but they provided a fan for the rooms and it kept me comfortable overnight. Well priced and well located, with a tram stop just outside, and only a short walk away from many key areas to visit in Krakow. Would happily stay here again.

Very conveniently located. It is close to many restaurants, cafes, and city attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to recommendations and local activities. For example, we asked for restaurant recommendations and were given multiple options, directions, and a physical map. The restaurants were excellent. Only con, rooms don't have air conditioning but temperature is manageable with an open window and an electrical fan they provide in the summer. Tram can be noisy if the window is left open. Overall does everything a hotel needs to do!

The carpet in the room is absolutely filthy. Do not be deceived by the pictures the rooms are extremely outdated, and the bathrooms and sheets are clean, but the carpets are filthy. I was wearing a pair of light colored pants and I sat down on the carpet to pack up my suitcase, and my pants are ruined with mysterious stains that will not come out from the wash from the carpet. The location of the hotel is good, but they really need to rip out the carpet

Not the first time we've stayed here and not the last. Very clean but possibly a little dated. Then again your only staying for a shower and sleep. Central location which is ideal. Watch out for the lift.

Nice hotel, a bit outdated and old interiors but it is clean, the beds comfortable and the shower and toilet brand new. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they let us store our luggage for a few hours. Its proximity to the Krakow centre and Synagogue is ideal, about 5-6 min walk If only they could change the carpets and some furniture this would make the hotel much more appealing. But still for 1-2 nights is perfect We stayed in the 4th floor so we didn't have much disturbance from the tram as Many people here are commenting.
