Excellent stay. Well presented aparthotel located 30 minutes or so by bus from the airport near the centre of Krakow. Room wasn’t ready so left out bags in lockers in the lobby. Staff very friendly. Apartment was great. Separate bedroom with bathroom and a lounge/kitchen area. Very comfortable and quiet at night. Didn’t really use the kitchen other than to make drinks as we used the restaurant downstairs for breakfast and for coffee to take to the room as it was very good and well priced. 10 minute walk to the main centre, 15 minute walk to the castle and maybe 20/25 to the Jewish quarter. Lots of public transport nearby. The bed was small, I’d say a 3/4 rather than a double size bed. Only had 2 espresso pods.
A wonderful boutique Apart Hotel, a short 10 minute walk to the old town center. Perfect for families, groups and friends needed added space. Rooms are modern and clean and as described. Front desk service is outstanding - all team members were courteous and helpful. Two coffee shops right desk door, serves breakfast, lunch. Many other great restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. We were really impressed with Krakow - the city and the people!
Lovely clean apartments but having a room for 5 people one toilet was not enough or at least a seperate toilet as if someone was showering no one could use the toilet. Plus reception only open 9am to 7pm our safe got jammed with passports in it which we needed for our 6 am pick up no one to help us and called out of hours emergency number 4 times no one answered not good enough. If we hadnt had pictures of our passports on our phone we would of missed our trip or flight if we were going back to airport. A city that people are up early and back late there should be somone on front desk later than 9am and later than 7pm. Wont be staying again for that reason
Perfect for a city break in Kraków. Stayed for 1 night and it's great value. Located in the old city, plenty to do and see and easy walking distance to everything including public transport to/from airport. Staff, facilities, rooms, booking and communication... All faultless. Highly recommend.
Thank you Ewa & Ania for all your warm welcomes each time we arrived and left the hotel - amazing! Location is excellent - very close to old town and within a nice neighbourhood. Staff at this Hotel here fantastic. Amenities were great, comfortable and modern, White Bear coffee at the grand floor of the hotel - so good.
