Reviews
Amazing hotel. Rooms, service, breakfast was amazing. Close to the old town and to Wawel castle and to the river. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Quiet neighbourhood. Absolutely lovely.
Excellent hotel in a very quiet street but also so easy to walk to many of the popular tourist areas. Six minute walk to riverside and castle, Ten minutes to the main square, Fifteen minutes to Kazimierz. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are presented to high standard and have everything you need. Breakfast served from 7am to 10.30am with great choice of food plus you can have eggs served hot anyway you prefer. There are also four local cafes just outside on main street serving breakfast, sandwiches and rolls etc. We would definitely be back as four days is not enough to enjoy everything Kraków has to offer.
Lovely hotel. We had a room at the front, but there was absolutely no noise from the street whatsoever. It’s in a very quiet, secluded street, but just a short walk for all the hustle and bustle. The room itself was very well laid out with everything you could possibly need. Very high-tech, with everything operated from a touchscreen panel. The air-conditioning/heating was really good and very quiet. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room nice and clean. There was a kettle, with tea and packet coffee. Nice toiletries in the shower. There was also an ironing board in the room, and a small fridge. There’s a wonderful sauna, which wasn’t very well advertised, but a real treat. One thing I really liked was the filtered water machine in the lobby, allowing you to top up your bottle with chilled, sparkling and even hot water if you’re so desired. I would definitely stay here again.
What a good find! This place is immaculately finished with extensive artistry and high quality materials, and the staff are excellent. It is located in a cul-de-sac so quiet with very little traffic noise, despite being so centrally located. Room was well fitted, with everything we needed and the facilities were spot on. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Krakow.
A convenient place, in the city centre. The rooms are clean, new and well organised! If you are in Krakow for work or pleasure, it is a very strategic place. Everything is at a walking distance. They have a fantastic breakfast and very kind people!!
