To be fair the hotel has amazing location, on the square for 1 min. Rooms are clean and comfy. Only thing that was "downside" is a noise from street. But its expected when you are in a heart of the city and the hotel does provide a noise canceling ear plugs.

The hotel staff are the most helpful and friendliest I've met in a long time. We were allocated room 8, which was perfect. The hotel is situated next to the main square which is a hub of activity during the day and at night a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel provides tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. We just popped across the road where there are a couple of supermarkets and purchased a small carton. Breakfasts were adequate, although not really to our taste. Having said that, the breakfast room is very nice and the food was plentiful. I would certainly visit this hotel again. Great hotel, wonderful staff and super location.

Perfect location for Old Town, access to trams and taxis. Basic but clean rooms. No air conditioning which will be an issue when hot. Only drawback was it was very noisy being so close to the square. When you arrive there are complimentary ear plugs.

This hotel is absolutely perfectly located , an easy walk to the station, and Jewish quarter while being in the heart of Old Town. Our party had a room for 3 which was huge and perfect and a room for 2, both were clean, serviced daily, quiet and a lift up. Breakfast was traditional and basic, and it set us up till we ate more delights from Krakow. Coffee was good. No fridge, but being a February trip, the milk stayed out side on the window ledge... perfect! You need to ring a bell and be let in after a certain time by night staff which ensured a lovely safe feel and also gave a group of middle age women a good laugh while feeling like naughty kids in from late nights out enjoying the fantastic nightlife, laughed a lot which added to a fabulous stay. Thank you all, would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rezydent in Kraków. Even though we didn’t have breakfast, everything else exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel very welcome from start to finish. A big plus was the hotel-organised taxi transfer to Kraków Airport, which was smooth, reliable, and very reasonably priced at 140 PLN. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.
