Reviews
Ibis Budget is exactly what you'd expect from a budget hotel. The rooms are clean, decent, and comfortable enough for a short stay. There isn't a wardrobe or cupboard, so don't expect much storage space. If you need a kettle, you can request one from reception, although the hotel doesn't provide complimentary tea or coffee in the room. The location is very convenient, with Kraków Główny station within walking distance. There are also nearby cafés, including Caffè Nero, making it easy to grab breakfast in the morning. Check-in and check-out were quick. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Overall, it's a clean, good-value, that's ideal for a short stay.
Really impressed with this hotel; very clean, neat and well kept. The room is a bit small (to be expected from IBIS) but that's about all I can complain about. The restaurant is great (better than most IBIS hotels we've visited). The best part about this hotel is the location: literally around the corner from a huge shopping mall and the central train station.
Incredible location! Near the mall, and the train station; close to the old town. Great rooms even for a budget hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great and had lots of choices Only thing is the trains nearby make noise. But it wasn't too bad
I stay in this hotel about 10 times during my business trips. I really appreciate the quality of service, friendly stuff and tasty food in IBIS restaurant. Only few complaints: it can be some kind discount for returning clients but instead of raisin price time by time. Another issue: my arriving flight time from US is not allow me to be check-in after 3, and I always pay extra for one-two hours to get the room early. I know, it's a requirement but it will be very pleasant to have a little extra service as a returned customer.
