We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the biggest disappointments we have experienced in years. We booked a room for three adults, but received a very cramped room with three beds that felt more like a military barracks than a 4-star hotel room. There was barely any space to move around, and the wardrobe had only a few hooks for hanging clothes instead of proper storage space. The bathroom was disappointing as well. There was no proper shower enclosure, just a shower area with a curtain, causing water to spread all over the floor. The towels were thin and appeared worn out from years of use. The breakfast was acceptable, but the service was lacking. Whenever food items ran out, no one seemed to notice, and only after we pointed it out to the two staff members on duty did they rush to refill them. Overall, our experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Great hotel. Good location with trams right outside to take you where you want to go. Good clean rooms. breakfast had a good choice of local foods and continental choices. Only thing missing was English tea, but that was the issue in every café, Poland doesnt do tea like the British 🤣

It is a nice hotel, but has it's flaws. 4 star? I would say it's more a 3 star hotel. I asked for more coffee for the room as they only provide you with 2 small sachets, the woman on the front desk said they'd ran out so would ask the maid to provide me with some if I give her my room number. However, that didn't happen. Not a big deal though. The food was nice, fresh and was worth it. The room was a bit hot, so I opened the windows but then it would get too cold. Not a big deal though. The room was very dark, there were a only a few lights. The shower was really good and I always felt clean The hotel itself was very quiet. The room was noisy due to the trams, but I personally like the background noise. All in all, a good hotel but not sure its 4 stars.

The location for the hotel is spot on and everywhere we want to go is in reach but we paid for a premium double room and we got given a small room with a noisy, highly uncomfortable sofa bed. we asked for a mattress topper on the sofa bed and we didn’t get one. the sofa bed made a high pitched squeaking sound whenever you moved and was horrible to sleep on. there was no where to put the suitcases and the drain on the shower was broke. When we walked in the room it absolutely stunk of vomit, which is obvious the cleaners need to do better.

Rooms were pleasant and very clean. The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble. At reception they'll answer any question and go above and beyond. Really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back
