Very useful find for some down time before a late night flight. It was clean and tidy, very spacious with facilities as advertised. We didn't see anyone though as it was self check-in, but there were no problems with this at all. Communication largely by email- which worked fine.
The hostel is ok, good for the price. It was clean, had lockers, the bed was fine, there was a kitchen, but I did not use, but saw people cooking. It can be a little noisy at night and there are a lot of long stay guests.
The location was good, as it is very close to a tram stop and about a 15 minute walk to Krakow Old Town. It looked and felt pretty clean, and there are some private showers and bathrooms which is nice. As a solo traveler, I wished the doors to the bedrooms themselves had locks. They give you a key for your locker and the front door has a code to get in, so it felt safe in that regard, but not having a lock on my door made me feel a little uneasy, especially since there were older gentlemen renting out other rooms there. Overall, the stay was decent for a hostel.
