We would stay here again and again. The hotel is in a great location and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The front desk went out of their way to help us resolve an issue with our pre-purchased tickets for the Shindler Factory. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom is beautifully tiled. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Just back from 4 nights at this hotel. Fabulous! Stayed in room 106, bag it if you can. Huge room, king size bed, couch, big chair and the best bit, it's a corner room with the only balcony looking over Planty Park and views to the castle. Hotel is beautiful throughout. Really plush boutique look to all areas. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Close to tramlines for getting around. Short walk to Old Town main square. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.
In a 3 week Europe vacation this was the top hotel amongst other excellent hotels. Location-location-location! Two blocks from Wawel Castle. 15 to 25 minutes walk to everything in Old Town. Victoria and the rest of the staff at Reception were terrific advice for great restaurants. One block away from the overpriced Renaissance which is the Auschwitz bus tour pick up and drop off. One block away from Bila Rozha top but fair priced award winning restaurant. Wonderful breakfast buffet.
A very nice hotel. The room was magnificent, spacious and cozy at the same time with all the necessary amenities having ensured a pleasant stay from the moment that we had set foot in it. The people at the concierge were very friendly and helpful. All in all we had an excellent stay and enjoyed everything that we have bargained for (maybe even more) when we booked our stay in this hotel. A useful note, it is indeed strategically located in close proximity of all the main attractions the old city and the Wawel Castle has to offer, and one can stroll around at a leisurely pace.
Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the main square. Staff were super helpful and very friendly! Especially Pawel who saw to all our needs. Hotel itself was comfortable and very clean indeed, fully recommend 👌
