Lovely hotel at the heart of the city center. You have a convenient walk to both train stations, the old town and tram/bus stops. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and answered any queries I had. Rooms were clean and well organised. Tea and coffee was provided The value of the hotel was amazing and I will book again if I return to Krakow.

This has to be the most beautiful apartment ive stayed in. Monica is wonderful and so helpful. I really can't fault it or her.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (excellent stay, but logistics need improvement) I stayed here for the final eight days of my three-week stay in Kraków, and overall, the accommodation itself is excellent. The room was outstanding — we had a double room with high ceilings, beautifully designed, very aesthetic, and immaculately clean. It truly feels like a high-quality hotel stay. Having a kitchen in the room was a major plus, and the option for daily service added to the comfort. In terms of quality and cleanliness, this place is far superior to any Airbnb I stayed in during my time in Kraków. However, the arrival and luggage logistics need serious consideration. Check-in is located in a separate building from the accommodation, and guests are expected to transport their own luggage afterward. While the walk is technically only 4–5 minutes, this becomes impractical when carrying multiple suitcases. To further complicate things, there are no elevators, meaning luggage must be carried up to the third floor. I would have gladly paid for luggage assistance rather than carrying heavy suitcases up several flights of stairs. This feels like a missed opportunity — many hotels internationally provide porters, luggage carts, or short-distance transfers for situations like this. Leaving guests to manage this on their own feels unnecessary and out of step with the otherwise high standard of the accommodation. Once settled, the stay is extremely comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. With improved luggage assistance or clearer communication at booking, this would be an almost flawless experience. I would still recommend staying here — just with the awareness of what to expect upon arrival.

Overall, the apartment was okay. The cleanliness was average and could have been better—there were hairs on the beds. There was a lack of drinking water and no extra coffee provided for a 5-night stay. The beds were singles pushed together, which was not very comfortable. On the positive side, the area is nice and conveniently close to the city center.

Very clean apartments, good location. But you have to walk 450m to the office to get the keys. Another problem is that there's no lift in the building, keep it in mind if you have heavy luggage.
