This is genuinely one of the best short-term apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully laid out and exceptionally well equipped, it feels much more like a real home than a rental. The bed is extremely comfortable with high-quality linen, the Wi-Fi is excellent, there’s plenty of storage and hanging space, a full-length mirror, great air conditioning and a really well-equipped kitchen. The double glazing is also fantastic, so the apartment feels wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The location is excellent — safe, peaceful and residential, with beautiful gardens outside, while still being well connected to central Kraków by public transport or around a 40-minute walk. The gym is also brilliant: extremely well equipped and almost always empty when I used it. I’m especially grateful that dogs are welcome for a very reasonable additional fee. My little dog absolutely loved living here, particularly the gardens, where he made lots of friends! The staff are lovely and helpful, everything is run incredibly efficiently, and it’s a fantastic place for a longer stay. If you’re a digital nomad or working remotely, it’s particularly good — I’ve been able to live and work here incredibly comfortably. The only tiny improvements I could suggest would be air conditioning directly in the bedroom (during the summer heatwaves I left the bedroom door open so the living-room air conditioning could cool it) and a slightly more reliable TV signal. Both were very minor issues. I honestly couldn’t have been happier here. I loved it so much I extended my stay for another month. A beautiful, peaceful home away from home and a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you to everyone who makes it such a special place. Highly recommended.
The studio was super clean, smelled of new IKEA furniture, spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly want. IMPORTANT: ask for a courtyard-facing room if you want to leave your window open and not be bothered by the trains passing every five minutes. Also, choose a room on one of the upper floors for more privacy. The staff is very accommodating. There are common spaces on every floor, and the neighborhood around is active, with modern residential complexes and plenty of shops. I recommend for travelers who want to settle for a week.
The staff is awesome, my favorite! Dorota ❤️ is just the best, Leila💛 is always helpful, and Daniel🫡 is always keen to lend a helping hand. My room is just as great. Studio apartments are quite affordable compared to other student accommodations. Facilities are clean and decent. The only drawback is that the gym hasn't been available🏋️♂️🙃 which was on the sign on agreement, and the laundry charges are a bit high, but it's really worth it.
Best hotel/apartment experience ever had. The staff is super friendly and they speak very good English. The rooms are big and clean and has everything in it.
