Description
Enjoy pickup from your hotel in an air-conditioned minibus, then leave the busy city of Krakow behind as you head towards the picturesque town of Wieliczka. After approximately 40 minutes, arrive in the town and enjoy a short break while you listen to your guide’s fascinating stories.
Next, descend 140 meters below ground as you discover the UNESCO listed Wieliczka Salt Mine, famous for its unique mining history. Explore the mine with your knowledgeable guide, and admire the impressive salt lakes, carved rocks, chapels, and tunnels.
After at least two hours exploring the mine, head back up to ground level. Enjoy a short visit to the Salt Mine Museum then pickup some gifts from the onsite souvenir shop. Finally, relax on the minibus as you return to your city hotel.
