Our own menu, created by the chef - Dawid Grucel, in which you can find many simple, but originally combined flavours complements the tranquil atmosphere. The menu features a selection of dishes from around the world, served with a touch of restaurant panache. There are also some seasonal dishes on offer, but such classics as Eggs Benedict or pâté with fruit chutney are meant to stay with us for a longer period of time, though sometimes with slight variations to the recipe.
Both enthusiasts of savoury flavours, full of umami, and people who prefer delicate seasoning and subtle interplay of textures will find here something to their liking. The first group should enjoy dishes like slow-cooked beef braised in Grimbergen beer, while the second one will definitely take to white fish and dishes based on seasonal vegetables.
