The food here is absolutely phenomenal. We tried the seafood pasta with tomato sauce and the penne pasta, and honestly, the flavors were spot on and delicious. However, the staff's attitude completely destroyed what should have been a perfect lunch. The employees were unbelievably rude, cold, and treated us with pure disrespect. It is shocking how a restaurant with such high-quality food can employ people with zero customer service skills. Good food means nothing if the staff makes you feel completely unwelcome. Management needs to take immediate action and address this terrible behavior.
Very nice Italian restaurant on Ryne’s Glowny square. Great food and service, we loved our server Julia who was very friendly and spoke perfect English! Will definitely come back again! Thanks Julia!
This is easily the best Italian food place you can visit here in krakow. The service was amazing and the food was delicious, especially the pasta con pollo. The atmosphere was so beautiful and nice. The man playing guitar really made it all come together with the food, the nice servant Andrzej and the beautiful seatings with lights. Come here!! I would recommend this place all day every day.
Excellent food and presentation. The seafood pasta was fresh and rich in flavor, the shrimp salad was light and refreshing, and the burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. Friendly service and a great location in Kraków’s Old Town. Must try when you are around !!
We wondered in here just looking for a place to stop for a quick bite. But I have to say the food here was amazing. Great service too. Would recommend anyone in Kraków to check this place out. It is on the pricier side but that is fair considering the quality is great here.
