The food was absolutely outstanding. The ribs were incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with amazing smoky flavour, and the cheeseburger was just as delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and one of the best we’ve had. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and lively, making it the perfect place for a relaxed meal. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service. Our waitress, Daria, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was especially kind, patient, and thoughtful with our two small children. Her warm attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable and memorable. If you’re visiting Kraków and love great BBQ or burgers, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I ordered 300g of beef ribs in barbecue sauce. So incredibly tender, i was shook! Mean was Falling off the bone and was moist and delicious. The side of chips, slaw, jelapenos balanced everything out nicely. Food was served in
This is our second visit to this restaurant with my family, after seven months. The meat and appetizers are excellent. Tender filet mignon and ribeye, excellent short ribs and beef tartar. The chef is top-notch! A big thank you to Rafael and his colleague Pawel for their wonderful service!
I came here for lunch and had a really great experience. I ordered a cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, which are surprisingly rare to find in the city, and they were absolutely delicious. I also had a homemade lemonade truly refreshing and flavorful, and definitely the highlight of my meal (the one I’ll be sharing in the photo!). The service was excellent. The staff (Paul and Martina) were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is a bit dim, but in a very cozy and suggestive way. The bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. I also tried a very unique baked potato, unusual but genuinely tasty. Definitely recommended!
I visited the restaurant “Rzeźnia” and had mixed impressions. The service was excellent — the staff were polite, attentive, and very professional. I have no complaints about the service at all. Service rating: 5/5. However, the food was disappointing. The ribs did not meet expectations: they were not BBQ as I expected, and they were served cold, which significantly affected the taste and overall experience. Food rating: 3/5. On a positive note, it was a nice gesture that we were offered a complimentary shot of nalivka at the end of the visit, which slightly improved the overall impression. Overall, the place has potential, but the quality of the dishes needs improvement.
