Stayed here in early June 2026. Fantastic hotel brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble. Amazing staff and the room was out of this world. I left a review on Expedia but put 2/10 when I meant to put 10/10. Sorry for this mistake. DAVID GARRY PORTER.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing location, really nice seating area on the square for your breakfast. Room was average, but everything you need. Welcome bottle of fizz and inclusive mini bar was a lovely touch! Recommend this hotel for those who will mostly only spend time there for sleeping and breakfast, and otherwise out and about in the beautiful city of Krakow
Our stay at Hotel Betmanowska was a wonderful experience. This charming residence was mere steps off Kraków’s Main Market Square (Rynek Główny). The staff was friendly and helpful with questions about the accommodations or things to do in Krakow. The breakfast was hearty with many options - getting our group fueled for a day of walking and touring. They make a good cup of coffee and espresso, too! We had an early morning transfer for a 7:00 AM flight and they generously made us tasty box breakfasts at no charge. We would absolutely go back to the Hotel Betmanowska for a visit to Krakow.
This place is in a great location in town, the staff/employees are friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and nice. They had a nice breakfast and dinner selection and right out front was a sitting area on the square for drinks and food. I would highly recommend this place for staying at on vacation.
What makes this hotel is really its staff. The front desk and drivers are amazing. Cannot say enough good things about them. The location is also hard to beat. Would have liked a few more amenities in the room (conditioner, qtips, etc.) but otherwise was an amazing experience.
