Wspaniała obsługa! Great hotel well equipped. In the room all that you will need during your stay. Great SPA - with sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast- above and beyond. I really enjoyed my stay.
Rated this hotel, service and staff were really good, very helpful, cookie and apples at check in were very much appreciated after a long day of travelling. Bar is open till 10pm, and shop a 5 min walk away. My only complaint is that the air con didn't really work, you could stick it on cool but it would stay at 25 degrees. We did ask for them to take a look but nothing had changed. Very hot during the night. Other than that it was a very nice room and a nice bed. Just what was needed.
Comfortable rooms and genuinely friendly service made the stay very pleasant. We also appreciated the nice welcome compliment upon check-in, such a thoughtful touch.
First Hotel to Make us wait for pool since it was "Full", look at picture!. Chairs are empty and pool has about 5-7 people. To add to the poor service , they only allow kids to swim to 8, which some can argue is not quite fam friendly. If your going to limit for children , and have adult swim the perhaps limit only families during certain hours so their waiting time doesn't kick in to limited swim up until 8. Also every day we had breakfast the Omelette person making it was very rude, additionally once it closed they told us we had to leave even though we were not finished with breakfast . Finally it is in the middle of no where, about a 15 minute walk to tram which is not bad, however the street had no sidewalks and a very bad looking road/neighborhood towards the tram. The other side seems like new development.
