Exceptional hotel. I wpuld struggle to find anything thay I was unhappy with. Certainly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. This was a 40th birthday present from my wife as I always wanted to visit Krakow. This hotel helped it make one of the most memorable trips of my life - the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, the food are all outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Also, child friendly. Only 5 stars as there is no 6th option.
Excellent stay at the Grand Ascot Hotel! Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable, with great food and an outstanding breakfast. A special thank you to Anastasia at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about Krakow and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
We stayed at the hotel for a short break away. The hotel is spotless in any and all areas. All staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming, always acknowledging you at any time. The rooms are beautiful, plenty of room, comfortable bed, pillow menu, a spacious fridge, modern bathroom and of a high standard throughout. We had breakfast included, a wonderful selection each morning, and something to suit all. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, but hopefully next time we'll try it out. The bar area is fab, comfortable, and welcoming staff. Location is excellent, short walk to main square, wavel castle and Jewish quater. Plenty of food options within close proximity, if required. I would highly recommend The Grand Ascot hotel to family and friends, and will definitely stay here next time I visit Krakow.
This was the perfect hotel for our first visit to Krakow. It is ideally situated in a quiet area but also within a five to ten minute walk of the city centre. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with breakfast plentiful and beautifully presented. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, especially Pawel and Anastasia on reception, Andrejz in the bar and Anastasia in the restaurant. It is a pleasure to recommend it.
Outstanding, just outstanding. Staff brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The rooms excellent. The location perfect. Short walk to the main square which is lovely, I have some mobility issues and was able to walk to the square in about ten minutes and can access everything the hotel has to offer. Breakfast is great here with lots to choose from and the restaurant is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. (See separate review.) thank you to everyone for your help and hospitality.
