I scheduled a massage & facial online at Sol Spa. I came here from a nearby hotel because they had no in house spa or pool. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Alexandra. The rest of my visit was a blur of luxury and excellent service. My massage and facial were both done by Alexsandra. During the break between treatments I was treated to an herbal “Tea ceremony.” The hospitality and conversation at the bar was also gracious and pleasant. I travel often and try to get a massage as often as I can- Thai massage in Thailand, massages on the beach in Mexican resorts, hammam in Turkey. The massage I received here was one of the best ones I’ve experienced. Massage oil was bespoke. Alexsandra’s technique was excellent. The facilities were clean, modern AND well maintained. If you are ever in Krakow and need top rate pampering I recommend Sol Spa … and don’t forget to look for Alexsandra.
I had an amazing experience at SÓL. My massage was incredible, every detail was thoughtfully done to create a deeply relaxing experience. My therapist, Wioleta, is highly professional and exceptionally talented. It was truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’m very grateful to her for such outstanding service.
A stunning space to relax and forget the world! The pool and hydrotherapy areas were of the high standards and wonderful to appreciate. Especially loved the Infrared Salt Sauna. We didn't have time to use the Gym or enjoy a treatment but will do on our next visit. Special thanks to Julia on the juice bar who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. And she made gorgeous juices!
I had an excellent salt scrub! Custom essential oil had an orange note and the scrub was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. My masseuse was great. He explained everything. Was super professional. Excellent service!! You can also make use of the pool and spa area. There is a lovely salt sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge, herbal shower and relaxing sound room. Lots of comfortable chairs for lounging by the pool. The pool is clean and modern and refreshing. There is also a juice bar if you need a protein shake or cocktail or other snacks. Excellent spa!!
