Budda Bar

It seems that Budda Bar is just one of the numerous bars in Krakow spotted within easy walking distance around the Main Market Square. However, once you find yourself seated, either in the cozy interior or the more spacious and comfortable courtyard, you might experience a lengthier stay, as Budda has this vibe, which makes people continue their cocktail adventures rather than seek another venue. The sign of its popularity is the remarkable collection of callers revisiting Budda Drink & Garden whether for a daylight coffee or for a proper nightlife experience.

Budda's location is fabulous; just to mention the history of the townhouse (Szara Kamienica), an eyewitness to many of Krakow's chronicled events. Upon entering the bar, you will be welcomed by somewhat dimmed surroundings but don't get this wrong, as this dark gloom combined with candlelight and lights reminiscent of Asian artifacts generate a unique atmosphere, where the cocktails taste as good as you feel. The drinks list is lengthy and the names of Budda Bar specialties are somewhat Eastern in sound; drawing your attention to just a few, such as Zen, Lama, Mahamudra or Vippissana. When in a small group, you may find yourself comfortable down the stairs, but when with a fine party of friends you might choose to be seated upstairs on the original mezzanine structure that is Budda Bar's primary landmark.
