Special restaurant. Dropped by for a bier and refreshments, and we had warm welcome. Very cozy and fancy at the same time. Clearly fine dining venue, but warm and open for casual stop.
Great service, high quality and very tasty food - mostly Polish, with some modern twists. I can recommend the tartar for starters and tenderloins for mains. The pics are of the pork neck, also a great choice for mains, and of the blueberry cheesecake.
What a gem of a restaurant. With particular thanks to our waiter Kuba making for an informative interactive experience of the meal and wines. We particularly went for the Polish wines and sampled red, white and dessert wines of good quality. My favourite had to be an introduction to the Pinot Blanc grape. Trout & Tuna sausage and Venison carpaccio were superb starters. Beef Cheeks and Goose Ravioli made for very satisfying mains. Topped off with a Blueberry Cheesecake of such delicacy. This was a delayed joint birthday celebration well worth the wait.
This was our second visit to Biala Roza, after visiting last year on our first trip to Krakow. This time we spoke to the restaurant before arriving, making a reservation for a 6 course tasting menu. We had the same waiter from the year previous, who was amazing, thoughtful and great throughout the evening. The food was great, every course was a surprise and the head chef really did surprise us with some amazing food , presented extremely well and each course had their own corresponding dishes, which added to the presentation of the dish. The atmosphere at the restaurant is pleasant and friendly with a good range of drinks available. My wife ordered a sweet wine and loved the selection provided. We could not fault the restaurant in anyway, it is an experience that made our holiday yet again this year. The food is out of this world, the cost is reasonable and you would not find a better restaurant in Krakow than Biala Roza. It is the true gem in Krakow. The fact they remembered us from the previous year and went over and beyond to ensure that our night was beyond amazing was nothing short of five star. Definitely a must add to your holiday break.
We randomly walked into Biała Róża restaurant as it was cold and snowy day, simply looking for a warm place to escape the weather and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was cozy, elegant, and welcoming. The food was exceptional from start to finish, every dish, from the starters to the desserts, was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s creativity in every bite. A special mention goes to Camil, our waiter, who provided outstanding service throughout the meal. He took the time to explain each dish and the cooking techniques behind them, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personal. We hadn’t planned to visit, but we left feeling absolutely delighted. Biała Róża is a hidden gem in Kraków perfect for anyone who appreciates fine food, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable dining experience.
