Easily the best meal we had in the 2 weeks in Poland. Service was exceptional, attentive yet not intrusive. Food was perfectly cooked.
Whenever I find myself back in Poland, visiting this restaurant is a must—it's consistently a highlight. We arrived with a crying baby, and the staff went above and beyond by letting us move to the patio, so we wouldn’t disturb other guests and could fully enjoy the impeccable service and mouthwatering dishes. If you want to introduce someone to Polish cuisine with a delightful twist, this is the perfect spot. I also had the opportunity to sample Polish wine and a variety of vodkas. The flavors—never disappointing—made each visit memorable. Highly recommended!
The food was truly excellent - high-quality cuisine, beautifully presented, and every dish we ordered was delicious. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly diminished by the service. I got the impression that because the service charge is automatically included, the staff do not feel particularly motivated to provide attentive service. This was my birthday celebration, which made the experience even more disappointing, especially considering the restaurant’s price level. The waiter was not particularly friendly and rarely smiled. What was even more noticeable was that his attitude seemed to change depending on the table. When we ordered wine, it was simply brought over and poured without offering us the opportunity to taste it first. In a restaurant of this caliber, I find that unacceptable. Meanwhile, guests at a neighboring table were offered wine tastings, received recommendations, and were treated in a much warmer and more engaging manner. I would like to highlight that the hostess who welcomed us was very friendly and professional, so this criticism does not apply to the entire staff. It is a real shame because the kitchen deserves praise, but I honestly cannot remember receiving such disappointing service at a restaurant in this price range. For that reason, I cannot recommend this place.
A high standard Michelin restaurant. Classy atmosphere, very tasty dishes. Artichoke soup was the best of the best! We also enjoyed the Sirlion. Pepper souce need to be re-studied, taste was a bit regular. Desert also could be better. Overall worth what we spent and we enjoyed.
Excellent restaurant! Returned here after few years, the service is still impeccable. Quality of the meat excellent, and also delicious bread and selection of butter. Wines are rather on the very expensive side, but the selection is extensive and with some more accessible ones of good quality. Definetely one of the must go restaurants in Krakow.
