I’ve been at this restaurant few times already and still cannot give them more than 4 stars. Food really depends, something is better, something is worse. Service is definitely not the best. In the empty restaurant they gave us the smallest table and as well seated all people near each other, back to back. There are definitely better restaurants in Krakow.
I ordered Ox Kaiser roll. That was the worse burger I ever ate. Taste terrible with mayo and cooked onion.
Great experience for our team Christmas dinner! Service at Plac Nowy 1 was patient and efficient, which is impressive for a large group with varied orders. The food was tasty—my salmon was excellent—and the floral wall adds a lovely touch to the atmosphere. A highly recommended spot that I look forward to visiting again.
