Came here for lunch. They have ample seating and good vegetarian options. They have various categories of Pierogis - Veg, meat, fruit filling and dessert filling. We tried savoury veg mix with 12 pieces which came with Mushroom & cheese, feta & spinach, sour cabbage, cabbage etc. Also tried Red Borcht soup with egg. It was different and interesting. Tried dark beer too which was decent. Overall good food and very filling with the quantity.
Found this place while looking for pierogis. We tried both vegetarian and meat options. Since we ordered different flavours, they all came on one plate, so we had to guess which one was which. For us, it was actually fun. We were quite full, so didn’t get to try the sweet flavours. Next time. Really liked the chicken broth too, it was a comforting dish. Atmosphere was nice and the place was well lit. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly. Overall, a good place to try pierogis if you want to mix and match different flavours.
If you are looking to try some delicious homemade Polish Cooking this is one of those places. A quaint restaurant with plenty of seating upstairs and down. It's located in a nice neighborhood just a few yards from Hotel Garni. We ordered the sample platter consisting of the Ukrainian, Polish Christmas, Galacian and Crakow Style. All were very good. So good we had to try the dessert sample platter. Italian Raspberry, Wild Blueberry, and the Little Apple Pie were very good. The Black Over White was not bad. The Mrs. also enjoyed the dried plum. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The staff was friendly. We planned on returning for one more meal but we simply ran out of time.😔 We will definitely return the next time we are in Krakow.
The atmosphere at Mirro Bistro is very pleasant and welcoming. The pierogi were excellent, we tried both the vegetarian and meat-filled versions, as well as all the sweet ones for dessert, and everything was consistently very good. The dough is delicious with a perfect texture, and the fillings are well-balanced and flavorful. You can really taste the quality and care in the preparation. Most of the staff were very friendly, although one waitress seemed a bit unmotivated and somewhat cold in her service. Overall, it was a great evening, and we would definitely come back again.
We got pierogi with meat and veggies and ukranian pierogi. The topping was fried onion and skwarki (cracklings). Ukranian pierogi were very good and skwarki are an amazing topping. The meat ones were good but nothing beats the classic ones. Soups were good - we got rosół and żurek (the sausage inside was very high quality!). We loved the plates and bowls they serve their food in (heart shaped Bolesławiec). Unfortunately on our second visit they didn’t have rosół and skwarki. The prices of food are great - 26zl for 10 pierogis, less than 20zl for soups. The drinks are very expensive though (almost 20zl for a bottle of water).
