The food here is exquisite. GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS!!! That are traditional polish dishes so totally recommend it! If you eat gluten free, if you don’t… ASK FOR THE SALTED CARAMEL ICECREAM. There are a few good things in life and this HOMEMADE icecream is definitely one of them.
We visited this place as tourists while traveling in Kraków, and we absolutely loved it! I ordered the chicken with vegetables, and it was incredibly tender and juicy—not dry at all, which is very important to me. I also tried their unfiltered beer, and I really enjoyed it. We also ordered their traditional dumplings (I can’t remember the exact name), and they were absolutely amazing. I was so impressed! My friends ordered soup and dumplings as well, and we all loved every dish. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the service was outstanding. At the end of our meal, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary shots that tasted like cherry, which was a lovely touch. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kraków!
Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere, a complete delight. The best meal I’ve experienced in a long time. My wife and I shared duck pierogi for starters. So tasty light and delicate. Our main were the duck and chicken, both cooked to perfection with delicious potatoes and beans. I would recommend this venue without hesitation.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We walked in without a reservation without any issue, but this was outside of peak times. The waiter spoke excellent English and was very knowledgable about allergies. There are only 2 starters and 1 main which cannot be made gluten free, so there are plenty of options available. I am also allergic to dairy and they were able to accommodate by checking with the kitchen and adjusting the dish to be suitable. I ordered the pork knuckle, and the rest of my party ordered a chicken dish and we were all extremely pleased with the quality of the food. The drinks menu is very extensive, and the waiter gave great recommendations. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Krakow - I will definitely be visiting again on my next trip!
The service was really good attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I ordered the soup, which was tasty and comforting overall. The only small disappointment was that it didn’t come with bread. That might just be a personal preference (I love having bread with my soup it makes the whole experience feel complete), but it’s something I noticed. As for the pierogies: the potato one was okay, but the duck pierogi was the real standout. So, so delicious rich, flavorful, and definitely the one I would highly recommend.
